Complete 2 x program sessions and 2 x Reformer Pilates or Group Fitness sessions per week (4 total per week)
Log and progress all workouts in the app
Log nutrition daily and consistently hit your calorie and protein targets (gold bars)
Attend all scheduled Evolt / nutrition scan consultations
Stick to the primary goal chosen at the start of the 12 weeks

If you do the required work and your Evolt scan does not yield a positive result, we refund you $500 from fees paid during the guarantee period.

Attend your weekly PT session with your trainer (1 session per week)

The fine print

These are the full terms of the guarantee. There are no further conditions.

When the 12 weeks starts: Your 12 weeks begins at your first Evolt scan, not the day you join.
What consistently means: Hitting your calorie and protein targets at least 6 days out of every 7.
Illness, injury or time away: Tell your coach at the time. Genuine illness or injury pauses your 12 weeks rather than ending the guarantee.
The goal you choose: The guarantee is measured against the primary goal you pick at the start of your 12 weeks. Every qualifying criterion above must be met and evidenced in the app and on your Evolt scans.
How to claim: Email enquiries@nextlevelfitnessechuca.com.au within 14 days of your final Evolt scan.
When you are paid: Within 14 days of an approved claim, back to the card you paid with. Refunds are of membership fees paid during the guarantee period.
