Is this suitable for beginners?
It’s perfect for beginners! It’s fully self-paced, meaning you can progress at your own rate.
Do I have to use the gym?
Not at all, but it’s there when you need it. We understand the gym may not be a comfortable environment for you initially, so it’s included as a bonus for whenever you’re ready.
Do I have to follow the nutrition coaching?
